Parking Boss Solves Guest and Resident Parking Issues at a Beautiful California Community

Parking Boss has been such a remarkable and helpful program that has really benefited our community and residents! We would highly recommend them to anyone!
— Jen Lopez, Resident Relations Representative

Renaissance at Uptown Orange is a gorgeous 460 unit, gated community located in Orange, California. Without a clear method of managing their resident and guest parking, they contacted Parking Boss looking for a solution that would improve their jobs and their resident’s  lives.

After our initial parking consultation and a short online demo of the app, the Renaissance managers quickly realized how simple Parking Boss was to use and how it was going to make managing their parking easier, efficient, and fair.

Resident Parking

The Renaissance managers distributed our custom, individually numbered, window decals to their residents, logging each one into the Parking Boss app. This created a searchable record of every vehicle and its owner. So if a parked vehicle is ever in question, it's just a few seconds away for them to identify the owner and take appropriate action.

The resident decals are color-coded to quickly identify where in the lot the vehicle is supposed to be parked. Each individual decal one has a unique ID number that gets recorded in the software and tied to the resident.

Guest Parking

Guest parking at Renaissance has also been greatly improved. Each guest is now required to register their vehicle with the Parking Boss Virtual Attendant. The guest parking signs are a quick and convenient way of doing it. The Virtual Attendant keeps a history of every guest vehicle and how long they visit. This ensures that all guests are playing by the same rules established by the community so no one can abuse the limited guest parking spaces.

Parking Enforcement

Renaissance now confidently enforces their community rules with Parking Boss. On-site security can quickly see what vehicles are not in compliance by patrolling the lot using only their mobile phones. Warning cards are placed on guest vehicles that are not currently registered with the Virtual Attendant and a violation is simultaneously logged in the app. And because a history of every vehicle is kept forever, it's easy to see how many times its been warned before they decide to take more serious action, such as towing.

The 4”x6” warning card is a professional way of notifying the vehicle owner that they are not in compliance. Instructions for parking are clearly displayed for the next time they visit.

Overall, parking at Renaissance at Uptown Orange has become more clear, fair, and easier to manage and enforce, making the community a better place to work and live.
