Account Onboarding Specialist

An Account Onboarding Specialist must be familiar with how businesses use technology and have strong sales, client service, and project management skills. This is a pivotal role that interacts with our newest customers in the most critical phase via phone, email, and live chat.

You’ll be responsible for working on the initial setup plan with our Business Development team, managing all phases of the setup process with customers and liasoning with internal teams, communicating needs and expectations to all parties, and conducting initial training and follow-up.
