The Account Executive is directly responsible for nurturing leads, closing accounts, and developing relationships within the industry to identify and cultivate opportunities. In this role it is critical to identify and navigate purchasing hierarchies, develop and support internal champions, and increase our exposure within organizations.
An Administrative Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting our customers and ensuring they have a professional, pleasant, and productive experience. The success of our customers is critical to our own growth and success.
You’ll be the initial point of contact for customers (phone, email, chat) while supporting the team with a variety of operational and administrative activities. You’ll ensure that our customer’s interaction, whether it’s the first time or the hundredth time, is the best it can be.
This role is hourly and part-to-full-time depending on experience.
Customer Success Specialist
You’ll be responsible for making sure that when one of our customers has a question, problem, or need, they immediately felt heard and taken care of. In most cases, you’ll be responsible for helping them with the problem directly. You will also be responsible for the support, training, best practice coaching and implementation process for all customers. You will also communicate regularly with the Sales/Business Development, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure flawless execution of the onboarding/implementation process as well as all facets of customer service and support.
